Refund policy

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds at this time, but will apply a store credit to your account.  However, please contact us at lei@bzealous4.com for any unusual issues and circumstances. 

RETURNS

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Please include the packing slip with your order number. If it is unreadable (excessive wrinkling), the return is subject to denial.
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed. Items heavily soaked with smells of smoke, cologne, or deodorant cannot be accepted.
  • If you ordered a hat(s), please send it back in the box it came in to avoid damage.
  • Original tags must be attached, and in its original packaging sleeve (clear, plastic bag).
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed (longer if after a launch).
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on FINAL Sale/Clearance items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If your return is approved, then a store credit of the order amount minus shipping cost will automatically be applied to your account. If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you.

  • We do not cover shipping costs for returns at this time. However, we cover shipping costs on eligible exchanges.
  • If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT credited to your account.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and processed, your account will be credited, then you can make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us as soon as possible at lei@bzealous4.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition at arrival. We address these on a case-by-case basis.
