SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the U.S!

Please allow 7-10 business days to create and process your order. Expect an email within the 10 business days to let you know your order is on the way! Shipping times typically average 5 - 10 business days from our shipper. We send our packages uninsured. BZealous4 is not responsible for any stolen packages. Please enter the accurate delivery address for your package. Any packages returned to BZealous4 are subject to returned shipping fees. BZealous4 is not responsible for any packages that have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. If you have not received your package after 10 business days from the time it was shipped, please contact us at lei@bzealous4.com.

We do not ship outside of the United States of America at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

We offer free shipping for orders $120+.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

LOCAL PICKUP: 34 Iliahi St. Honolulu

Orders can be picked up Monday thru Friday from 10:00am - 3:00pm, unless otherwise noted. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will credit your account the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lei@bzealous4.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
